Facility Requirements & Production Process
The production line covers an area of approximately 100 square meters. The factory power supply must be no less than 50 kilowatts, and the line requires an 8 cubic meter air compressor. The equipment can accommodate base paper rolls with a maximum diameter of 1500 mm.
Production Process
The folding rollers and other components lead the material into the folding section. The semi-finished paper strips are folded by the automatic folding mechanism, including the folding tail and other processes. The folded semi-finished paper strips are then sent through the conveying system to the post-processing section for pre-pressing, shaping, and related processes. Finally, the processed semi-finished paper strips are automatically fed into the large rotary paper cutter for cutting.
